ASN SignPrivacy Policy
This policy explains what data the ASN Sign Android app processes, why, and the choices you have.
In short
- Your documents, signatures, and signature block details (name, NIP employee number, position) are processed and stored only on your phone. We do not collect, upload, or see them.
- ASN Sign has no accounts, no servers, and no analytics of our own.
- The app shows ads from Google AdMob. AdMob may collect the advertising ID and device information to serve and measure ads.
Data that stays on your device
PDF files and images you open, signatures in your library, signature blocks, and app settings are kept in your phone's local storage. Files are opened and saved through the built-in Android file picker, so the app can only access files you choose yourself. This data is removed when you clear the app's data or uninstall it.
The scan feature uses the Google ML Kit document scanner, which runs on the device; scanned images are not sent to us or to Google. Like other Google ML Kit components, the scanner may send Google diagnostic and usage data (device and app information, per-installation identifiers, performance metrics and error codes) to keep it working; this never includes your documents or scanned images. Advertising (Google AdMob)
To keep the app free, ASN Sign shows ads from Google AdMob. For this purpose, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share with Google:
- the Android advertising ID and other device identifiers;
- device and network information, such as model, OS version, language, and IP address (which may be used to estimate general location);
- ad interactions and diagnostic data.
The ad code in the app never receives the names, locations, or contents of your documents, and ad requests are sent without keywords or targeting based on app content. Data is encrypted in transit. Learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Consent and your choices
- In regions where it is required (for example the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland), the app asks for consent before the first ad is loaded. You can change or withdraw consent at any time in the app under Pengaturan → Pengaturan privasi iklan (Settings → Ad privacy settings).
- You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings (Google → Ads).
- All PDF tools keep working without an internet connection; without internet, no ads are loaded.
App permissions
ASN Sign requests the internet, network state, and advertising ID permissions. They are used for ads, for the ad consent check, and for Google's diagnostics for the scanner; the PDF tools themselves do not use the internet. The app does not request storage, camera, contacts, location, microphone, or SMS permissions.
Security
The signature library is always blocked from screenshots and the recent apps preview. You can also turn on screenshot blocking for document screens in Settings. The app lock, which uses your fingerprint, face, or device PIN, is on by default and can be turned off in Settings.
Children
ASN Sign is intended for adult users and is not directed at children under 18.
